Spring fever has hit Saskatoon early this year and the real estate market is really starting to heat up quickly.  Many homes are selling within days of being listed and often times at or above list price.  Here at Royalty construction we've noticed a huge increase in the demand for affordable houses.  We are building according to what we've observed.  Homes in Willowgrove starting under $400,000, a future development in Hampton Village with homes starting under $300,000.  We also are appealing to the larger budget clientele who don't have time to develop basements, with 3 fully finished walkout bilevels starting under $500,000.  In no way did we compromise our quality, if anything we improved so that the homebuyer gets a home that is above the rest.
